Matt is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Valhalla Ventures who left the corporate world to advise early-stage startups in hypergrowth markets with exits including Harvest Health ($1.5B IPO). Matt previously worked at Microsoft in Enterprise Software Sales as well as at Morgan Stanley in their Technology Investment Banking group, where he served clients including Amazon.com on a $6B bond issuance, Fitbit on a $250M pre-IPO fundraise, as well as IBM, FirstSolar, and Bloom Energy.
Matt holds degrees from Harvard University (BA) and Yale School of Management (MBA).
